Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, business content, credentials, approvals and timely feedback. Any delay in providing the required information may affect project timelines and delivery schedules.
4. Project Scope & Deliverables
All project requirements, timelines, pricing, deliverables and milestones will be mutually agreed upon before project execution. Additional requirements beyond the agreed scope may require additional development time and separate commercial approval.
5. Payment Terms
Payments shall be made according to the agreed quotation, invoice or contract. WEBAITECH SOLUTION L.L.P. reserves the right to suspend project activities or service access in case of delayed or incomplete payments.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, websites, applications, source code, AI models, designs, graphics, documentation and other digital assets developed by WEBAITECH SOLUTION L.L.P. remain the intellectual property of the company until complete payment has been received unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary business information, source code, strategies, financial information and technical documents shared during the project lifecycle.
8. Artificial Intelligence & Digital Services Disclaimer
Our Artificial Intelligence, SEO, Digital Marketing and Digital Transformation services are designed to improve business performance and operational efficiency. However, search rankings, lead generation, revenue growth and other business outcomes cannot be guaranteed due to market conditions and third-party platform algorithms.
9. Acceptable Use Policy
Clients shall not use our software, cloud solutions, AI systems or digital services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or malicious activities. Any misuse may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of services.
10. Third-Party Services
Some projects may integrate third-party APIs, hosting providers, cloud platforms, payment gateways or external software. WEBAITECH SOLUTION L.L.P. is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, downtime or policy updates introduced by third-party service providers.
11. Limitation of Liability
WEBAITECH SOLUTION L.L.P. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages including data loss, business interruption, financial losses or loss of profits arising from the use of our products, software or professional services.
12. Service Modification & Termination
