Welcome to WEBAITECH SOLUTION L.L.P.. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling projects, subscriptions and professional services provided by our company. By engaging our Artificial Intelligence, Website Development, Software Development, Mobile Application Development, ERP & CRM Solutions, Digital Marketing and IT Consulting services, you agree to the following cancellation terms.
1. Project Cancellation Request
Clients may request cancellation of a project by submitting a written request via email or through our official communication channels. Cancellation requests will only be considered after proper verification by our project management team.
2. Cancellation Before Project Commencement
If cancellation is requested before any planning, research, design or development work has begun, the request will be reviewed. Administrative or consultation charges, if applicable, may still be deducted before any eligible refund is processed.
3. Cancellation After Project Starts
Once project execution has started, including UI/UX design, development, coding, testing, content creation or consultation, cancellation may be accepted; however, payments already made for completed work, allocated resources and project planning are non-refundable.
4. Website & Software Development
Cancellation of website development, software development, mobile application development or custom technology solutions after development has commenced does not entitle the client to a refund. Completed work up to the cancellation date may be delivered where applicable.
5. Digital Marketing Services
SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing and other digital marketing campaigns cannot be cancelled once campaign planning, optimization or advertising activities have started.
6. Subscription & Annual Services
Hosting, domain registration, cloud services, maintenance plans, software licenses and annual support subscriptions cannot be cancelled after activation or renewal, as these involve third-party service providers.
7. Delay Due to Client
If a client fails to provide required content, approvals, credentials or project information for an extended period, WEBAITECH SOLUTION L.L.P. reserves the right to place the project on hold or close it after reasonable notice. Such closure shall not qualify for cancellation benefits or refunds.
8. Company-Initiated Cancellation
WEBAITECH SOLUTION L.L.P. reserves the right to cancel or terminate any project or service in cases of policy violations, abusive behavior, fraudulent activities, non-payment, illegal use of services or breach of contractual obligations.
9. Third-Party Services
Any cancellation involving third-party software, APIs, hosting providers, payment gateways, cloud services or licensed products shall be subject to the cancellation policies of the respective providers.
10. Outstanding Payments
If a project is cancelled while outstanding invoices remain unpaid, the client shall remain responsible for payment of all completed work, approved milestones and expenses incurred before cancellation.
11. Cancellation Processing
Approved cancellation requests will be acknowledged by our team. Any applicable refunds, adjustments or project closure documentation will be processed within a reasonable period in accordance with our Refund Policy.
12. Changes to Cancellation Policy
WEBAITECH SOLUTION L.L.P. reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated policies will become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
